Does anyone agree that we are in a growing culture of litigation? We are moving towards a way of life where you can sue anyone for anything, even if you are the negligent party, is this right?

I am assuming from the fact that Bradley Murdoch is being prosecuted for the murder of Peter Falconio despite the fact no body has ever been recovered means that this law doesn't apply in Australia....
