What is the best leave-in conditioner to use on coloured hair when blowdrying and straightening everyday? Preferably one that prevents heat damage and makes hair silky smooth.

hair lengths

I know hair grows about 1 cm a month but I'm rubbish at guessing how many cm's or inches it needs to grow to reach my desired length, as I like to get a trim every 6-8 weeks just to get rid of dry...

Following on from my 'hair growth' question, does anyone know if it is best to take the stronger kelp tablets? As I've seen 100mg and 500mg, obviously the 500mg has more Iodine and Calcium etc in it....
