Wrong type of snow.....?

When will the powers that be realise that this country gets 'quite bad weather' a lot of the time. Plenty of warning of snow etc and it still takes 3 hours to do a 35 mile journey on the M1.

I have to have a sample of my bone marrow taken in 3 weeks, and although I will be sedated, I am more concerned about the pain involved than the results! I have had 2 children by emergency c section...
