arborio vs paella rice

are they interchangeable? They look the same to me. I was really wanting a risotto but only have paella rice. Would it work?

descaling a steam generator iron

i have a tefal one - without the tap thingy on the side. it has started leaving marks when i iron dark stuff so think it needs descaling. can i just fill the chamber with water/descaler mix, and flush...

yucky daupinoise in slow cooker :(
