Jaw Surgery in the morning!

Going in for Orthognathic surgery (lower jaw broken and moved forward) in the morning. Am absolutely terrified! Any words of comfort? Have never had surgery and am beyond scared.

Was just typing a letter....

and I was trying to remember if I should use 'Yours faithfully' or 'Yours sincerely' - anyway I figured out which one to use but then I got to thinking that these turns of phrase seem quite dated now...
