help - nail varnish on trousers

I have lots of summer tops, made from T-shirt cotton, you know the sort - clings to every bump ! Can I buy cotton tops that just drop down from the shoulders and does not cling? Thanks in advance.

I forgot about some fruit cake left in a tupperware container (at least a couple of months) when I realised, I discovered a furry horrible mass of mould !!! Perhaps the seal wasn't on properly !...
