Combi boiler Hot water pressure

I have a Combi boiler but when i run the hot water for a bath the hot water doesn't seem to have much pressure, why is this? Many thanks

Noise in hot water pipe

When I turn on the hot water tap, hot water flows, but there is a very loud noise, a bit like the sound of a lorry engine! It disappears when the tap is turned off. Can anyone advise, please.
