Norton error "10, 340 class not registered"

Record from tv/didg box - no sound

I tried to record a program through my digi box from the tv, when I replayed it, there was no sound. Tonight I did the same, half way through watching the video the sound disapeared. Any ideas??...

Step Ladder missing bottom plastic ends
