i recently downloaded something and 'my pictures' folder has been flooded with 2500 images .is there a way of doing multiple deletions, as deleting each one ,one at at time is going to take a month of...

i have windows xp and would like to enter a list of consecutive dates eg, tues 13 april wed 14 april etc etc .all i get when i click and drag are these dates copied down the column not increased day...
