can taking multi vitamin tablets with iron in cause the same symptoms as hayfever ?

I stopped taking my multi vitamin/iron tablets (one a day) a while back because i thought they were making my hayfever worse.It cleared up & this week after a couple of months i started taking...

burning a copy of data cd

anyone know how to burn a copy of a data cd? i can do a copy of a music cd or film dvd but unable to copy a data cd i presume its to do with copyright.

anyone know how i can burn a copy of a cd with data on it. i can copy a dvd or music cd but i dont seem to be able to copy a data cd,im presuming it's to do with a copyright
