Couch medicine

My daughter (4 1/2 years old) has got a really bad chesty cough. What's the best medicine to give her (she is also really croaky too). Thanks.

Removing stitches from oneself...

I had my mole removed yesterday. Yeeha! (19 weeks wait!). Anyway, the nice young doctor stitched the inner layer with dissolvable stitches and then put three outer stitches in. I have to leave it 10...
