Would lactulose elevate my blood sugars? I've had a couple of unexpected raised sugars, and that's the only thing I could think of. ( I only take it when I feel as if I might need it, not every day.)

Strictly at Wembley

I love Strictly (Ok so most don't), but , I just don't think it worked at Wembley. The arena was just too big, the lights, props etc just too distracting. Nah, get back to Blackpool for the big event....
