Cannot watch on you tube

When i try to watch any type of film that is on any site ( Eg you tube) all i get is a black screen where it should be playing any suggestions what is wrong please?

Cannot use photoshop 3

I have been using photoshop cs3 for around 2 years and now a message comes everytime i try to use it saying i must reinstall the product, but when i try it does not even uninstall so i can reinstal it...
