wobbly screen while scrolling

hi thanks for help b4 but its the windows that i open are wobbly screen while scrolling, mouse is fine, just that while scrolling down pages its not smooth but wobbly. any help would be great thanks

wavy not smooth

hi when i use mouse to scroll it waves instead of a nice smooth roll. it was ok then went dippy. any tips how to get it to roll smooth again. thanks

so honestly tell me who believes the tv ads for mascara, all the ads use false eye lashes really annoys me. so never can be taken in. if they are so good why use false lashes to advertize
