why does my 05 mondeo give out black smoke when i accelerate hard. it has just recently passed its 1st mot too.

MDF Paint job.? Having had a radiator cover made to measure, and delivered, and seeing as it's made,from MDF how do I paint it ? Do I need to undercoat it etc.? please help . Thanks

something is attacking the leaves of my runner beans.ring like egg clusters causing yellowing of the top of the leaves ,eggs are on underside of the leaves.nothing like usual eggs of caterpillars etc...
