Video to DVD

I am thinking of buying a JVC DRMH30 DVD Recorder with built-in 160GB hard drive. Can I copy VHS video onto DVD-R's with this machine? If so, how do I do it? Thanks

I've recently bought GTA Vice City for the PC off E-bay but I didn't receive a manual. How do I put my own MP3's onto the game? Can i move them fron Media Player onto the game's radio station?
