seen it recently that someone can get tax with a covernote....now suppose they only get a months covernote.. get a years tax on it.. does that mean they can drive around undetectable? with a legal tax...

Vauxhall Astra Club

The car will run for about 5 miles then lose power and stall when coming to a stop. will not start again straight away. Leave it for a minute then it will start and run again for the same distance....
