No 'at' sign on keyboard

On my laptop I can't get the 'at' sign to work. When I press shift I get this ". Anyone know what to do please as I can't log in to anywhere! Thanks

Pilot light won't stay lit

We have a Baxi Bermuda back boiler and the pilot light wont stay lit. Does anyone know if this is an expensive thing to fix and is it a quick job for a plumber?
