Kids watching TV

I dont let my grandchildren watch TV if they are lying on the floor. I always thought you had to be on eye level with the screen, therefore they have to sit on chairs. Am I medically correct?

Thickness of photo paper

I cannot get glossy photo paper to go through my printer yet have done so previously. Could it be the paper is too thick? Its Canon, A4 190 g/m and 225 thichness. There is one at 165g/m and only 210...
