Unable to save to Favourites in IE7

I can no longer add pages to Favourites In Internet Explorer (running under Vista Home premium). The dialogue box says unable to create... and "unspecified error". Can anyone help?

Photos to Publish from KB to MB

My earlier question was the wrong way round It needs to publish photos of a fete to the newspaper they said the photo are far too small they need to be at least 1MB. How do I change it to MB from KB
