what are the implications of a tenant claiming HB?

My tenant says he has lost his job and will need to claim Housing Benefit. i've never had a tenant on HB before but I know many landlords aren't keen so I was wondering what the implications are. many...

loss of pictures on computer?

On every site the pictures do not appear, instead a box appears in their place with an icon in the corner showing a circle,square and tringle. If I right click and then go to show picture they appear...

how long to microwave a sponge pudding?
