tablets in handluggage

If you have prescriptions tablets, with a lable, saying your address, so they are definaly yours, do you still need a doctors note to have them in your handluggage for a flight?

Work history for 10 years or going back to school on application forms

Is it really necessary to to write my work history all the way back to school or just for 5/10 years as stated as this would then leave most of the work history empty as Ive being in my jobs for long...
