quick answer needed - creme fraiche in soup

im simmering a home made veggie soup at the moment. i would like to use up the creme fraiche i have. should i have put it in at the beginning whilst sweating the onions, or can i put it in at the end?...

fan oven temperature

My Zanussi fan oven runs about 40-50 hotter than I select. I've measured it with a digital oven thermometer & note the temperature swing between on & off is about 29deg. Would a new thermostat...
