DVD burner

I have  Sonic on my  pc as a burner. How can I, if  possible , copy DVD+R's to my  pc, thereafter put the info onto a DVD-R ???

DVD Storage capacity

Why do i never get no where near 4.7Gb on one blank DVD? Its always just over 4Gb rather that nearly 5Gb.

Sempron 2400+ is 1.67 ?

Why does Windows (XP) tell me that my AMD Sempron 2400+ CPU is running at 1.67 Ghz? Why is it not 2.4 Ghz? I know it is set up in the BIOS ok because on the boot up screen it says it is a 2400....
