control or limit max volume

Is there a way to limit the maximum volume on my pc to prevent kids from playing music too loud. Operating systems are windows millenium edition and xp home edition.

wireless surveillance

Does anyone know of a small wireless surveillance type camera which will record good megapixel quality still photos on my pc. I am thinking in terms of better than 640 by 480 pixels

mpeg video skips or jumps

i have short mpeg videos of songs on my computer running windows ME that play perfectly in realplayer or media player. when i copy them to transfer them the copy always plays with faults like a record...
