Grubby carpet

THe cold tap in the bathroom has hardly any water coming out of it even when on full. The other taps are all fine. Any idea what has caused this? Thanks

Still no voice

I am barely speaking yet I still have a hoarse voice and have had problems with it since January. My vocal chords look fine and the speech therapist just gave me some exercises which have not helped....
