Hi every time i connect my iPhone or iPod touch to my pc it opens up a pop up box from microsoft office asking mr to insert the discs. I have no idea why it does this. Is there any way i can stop this...

Dell netbook with windows 7

How big is york station. I'm travelling to from sheffield to scarborough soon and its quicker (by nearly an hour) if i change at york. but my connecting train at york only gives me about 10 minutes...
