Internet Connection Problem

All my shortcuts to the internet and all links in e mails have stopped working and I have no idea why. I have checked for the usual viruses but have found nothing. I use Mozilla. Any help appreciated...

I have just been given a Lexmark 2400 printer. I have checked Lexmark for drivers but no luck. Does anyone have one and can tell me where to get the drivers and also how much the ink cartridge costs?...
