Focaccia bread

I have tried in both Morrisons and Tesco for this bread with no success, does anyone know where I can buy this, or failing that I have a breadmaker can anyone give a tried and tested recipe for it...

Heart rates when working out.

Does anyone know what kind of rise in heartrate is ideal for fitness, I have a resting heart rate of 70bpm and when I work out I keep it at around 110-120bpm for around half and hour. Is this good?
