Honda Scoopy 75cc

I own a second hand Honda Scoopy 75cc. I was wondering if there is a manual available for it anywhere. I've looked at the Haynes website but they don't seem to do one. Thanks in advance

my skoda refuses to start weve changed the battery there is water oil petrol in the car but it just refuses to start the light on the dash shows abs and ecu problems anyone got any suggestions on this...
