Keyboard problems.

The keyboard on my laptop is not working. When I try and type 'The' all that appears is 'e' Any ideas what could be wrong? I have a plug in keyboard in case anyone asks how I'm typing this :-)

charge for bnk holidays

i am having to send my son to a new nursery ,he goes on a monday and wednesday the new nursery charge for bank holidays eventhough they are not providing a service ,is this justifiable to do this?
