I'd like to book a Med Cuise next year that both my wife and I , and my Canadian cousin (living in Ontario) , and her husband can both accompany us. Can this be done, ie, booking a cruise from the UK...

Hopefully Mr Sky Man will be bringing my new HD box tomorrow, but I won't be able to watch ITV HD as it's only on Freesat. Is this so? When will ITV HD be available on Sky? Anybody know?
