iTunes @ work?

I only have access to a PC at work and I want to install iTunes but don't want to use up all the memory with all the songs. Am I able to use a memory stick or something similar to store the songs on?

Emails have disappeared

All my emails have disappeared from my Inbox and Sent Items - I've tried a System Restore but that didn't work. Anyone know how I can get my emails back? Thanks
