halogen oven

have just ordered a halogen oven as we can not stand the heat in our tiny kitchen without a window(sheltered accommodation).Can anyone give us some tried and tested tips. Thanks in advance

wallpaper stripping parrot

My Hannes mccaw has found her way up to top of wall cabinets in kitchen and has started to strip the paper. I can't let her out with being in kitchen all the time . I should never have let her fly....
