If you were to abbreviate words into letters, e.g. Compact Discs or Detective Constables, would you use the possessive apostrophe, CD's and DC's or just use CDs and DCs? Ta Muchly.

I would like to buy something from Amazon, sold in a 250 ml pot, but when looking at the price, it shows, £10.23 (£4.09 / 100 ml). If I'm buying the 250 ml, why the need to show an alternate price...
