I have had a conversation with a friend and neighbour who thinks I should train my puppy to stop jumping up by hitting her with a rolled up newspaper !!!!!!!! cos thats what her dad did and it works...

Can anyone tell me why my printer HP photosmart is printing about one line of a letter every 15 seconds I have tried turning off and disconnecting the printer The task manager even tells me it is slow...
