Thwart the imposters...

Would it be impossible to make a legitimate e-mail address a requirement for signing up as a user?  Then the user would have to wait for an e-mail and click a link to confirm their registration....

What's the best way of storing bread? In paper bags or plastic bags, in the fridge or not, etc?? Should I just break down and buy a breadbox - do they work well to keep the bread tasting fresh or not?
