Why Are Certain Abers Allowed To Highjack Certain Threads?

Today I had the need to ask the Editor to remove a perfectly reasonable thread appertaining to the recent riot taking place on a street in London.

From the off set this thread was high-jacked by certain members who obviously have taken a dislike to not only me personally, but also to the threads that I place on the news section of answerbank.

I did report one of the offenders, but no action against him was taken

The ED or someone else was good enough to remove the thread, but did not take the opportunity to chastise the offending members.

AOG....no! no! no!...you have got it all wrong.......the Ed isn't interested and neither was the one before. I suggested many years ago when AB was again in turmoil, but for different reasons that certain ABers should be banned.....just my opinion. So what happened, the Ed banned the "characters" and made 2or 3 of the "troublemakers" Moderators. Well that...

LoL.....
How much of the thread did you copy and save before you had it removed, AOG?
So what is 'the real issue' AOG?

Why did you assume the rioters were 'ethnics'?

Why did you say you hadn't mentioned their colour when you clearly had?
jeez, are you looking to get suspendered AOG?

I do hope you're not, what on earth would this site be without you?

Apart from reasonably peaceful.
Yes, I wondered that too JTH. How bizarre.
For the love of God, I know you can be petty but do you screen shot all your threads AOG.

That is deranged behaviour!
What is the penalty for wasting a Moderator or Eds time in removing a thread and then reposting it?
Perhaps he is building up a dossier of 'evidence' of those nasty people that constantly have a 'go' at him!! lmao
Hopefully suspension Mamya
The penalty is looking like a complete numpty Mamya.
could be a hefty one Mamya.
a weeks wages maybe?
Drop in the ocean if you're a pro footie player tho.
Another answer removed AOG. Hope you made a copy.......of the copy.

I tried reading through this thread but gave up before the end. I don't know what it is all 'really' about.

I don't know who is being more difficult AOG or the rest of you.

The initial thread, I believe, was on the demo that turned into a riot. I don't know if the rioters were 'ethnic' but they seemed to be all male - why would that be??

Behind our keyboards maybe we are all non-white - who knows and does it really matter?

Due to political correctness, sadly, AB is becoming less exiting than reading a parish magazine. If you want to understand why, several topics are brought to light in the video on my thread, which no one is even prepared to watch before bombarding me prejudice. (where's naomi?)

I thank heavens I was educated prior to 1968.

I did not copy and save the thread, a part of it just happened to be still sitting amongst my top tabs, which then I found useful to prove my point.

Someone didn't agree it proved anything AOG.
Khandro, anyone can complain they don't get sufficient replies or the replies they'd like to a thread, that's fair enough.

However if you feel the site has turned into a Parish Magazine, there may be better outlets for your videos etc.

I don't mean that rudely but there are forums for any of us with a particular interest to share.

AB is magazine like in the fact that there are lots of topics, you can browse and pick and choose - it's not a specialist forum.
Is it just AOG getting answers removed?
