Why Are Certain Abers Allowed To Highjack Certain Threads?

Today I had the need to ask the Editor to remove a perfectly reasonable thread appertaining to the recent riot taking place on a street in London.

From the off set this thread was high-jacked by certain members who obviously have taken a dislike to not only me personally, but also to the threads that I place on the news section of answerbank.

I did report one of the offenders, but no action against him was taken

The ED or someone else was good enough to remove the thread, but did not take the opportunity to chastise the offending members.

AOG....no! no! no!...you have got it all wrong.......the Ed isn't interested and neither was the one before. I suggested many years ago when AB was again in turmoil, but for different reasons that certain ABers should be banned.....just my opinion. So what happened, the Ed banned the "characters" and made 2or 3 of the "troublemakers" Moderators. Well that...

botheration. I think I forgot to answer the Q.
Certain ab'ers post Questions and others answer.

It's a Q&A site.

Would you like 200 folk sitting at their screens reading replies and deeming the reply was acceptable before it was displayed on screen?
Clearly the white folk are angels who've been led astray by the nasty ethnic minority folk...
Please point me in the right direction. Has any respondent actually tried to answer Aog's initial question in this this thread.?

It's sad that some ABers appear to have nothing better to do than regularly attack Aog.

Hans.
Hans, AOG never just posts questions. They always come with a healthy dollop of prejudiced opinion which obfuscate any debatable points from the outset.

I have not mentioned any particular colour of the rioters, enough to witness that this riot was organised by the 'Black Lives Matter' group.

Make of that what you will.

But then perhaps it was those damn Muslim terrorists, or those damn Socialist Worker's Party, who knows?

Most wore masks, but I am still taking bets.
The white folk are clearly left wing lunatics.
Anarchists pretending they're antifascists
oi, Hans, look a few posts above yours!!
There was no hijacking of the thread in question. ANOTHEOLDGIT wasn't able to deal with probing questions about his viewpoint so he took the coward's way out and asked for his thread to be pulled.

Thank you Hans, but I am afraid you are preaching to the inflicted.

I have reposted my headline and comment, but I have yet to see a logical reason put forward, why it is so offensive.

AOG, this is getting a bit surreal now.

'One this particular occasion it was from the mainly black community'

'I have not mentioned any particular colour of the rioters'

No one said it was offence. They just asked you to explain.
AOG, it's not so much offensive as predjudiced to assume the rioters were 'ethnic'. What made you write this?

Don't bother answering as I know exactly why you wrote it. Because you automatically assume anyone who isn't white is 'ethnic'.
'Thank you Hans, but I am afraid you are preaching to the inflicted. '

and that is not the slightest bit offensive ?

dearie me......
Yes Hans.
In other news there is a big turnout at Liverpool pride.

ANOTHEOLDGIT, you're tying yourself in knots with all the twisting and contradictions.
I like pride marches, They are fun but not so much if it makes me late for an appointment.
What does "preaching to the inflicted" mean by the way?
I'm not sure but my trolley is loaded with medicaments for all eventualities - even mini minority ones.
oooooooooooo temper tantrum AOG?
