had a nice evening, took a series of trains down to Chelsea harbour on the river, dined at a Lebanese/ Syrian place until we could barely squeeze back out through the door without hummus coming out our ears, strolled along the river at dusk - hadn't been there for 30 years, it's now lined with millionaire apartment blocks - but it was rather chilly. Imperial Wharf overground station is about three storeys up in the air and apart from a high roof along about a third of the platform has no protection at all, just metal grille fence, and it was pretty nippy up there. Modern architects, eh? Still, a pleasant evening out and it must be lovely in summer.
