What has happened to that dear little boy who was making breakfast and thumping on his parents bedroom door - its now missing from the advert and I thought he was so sweet!!!

Hija made a lovely dinner, we had homemade guacamole, crispy fried bananas, and some sort of homemade/invented dip with deep fried panckes for starters, they were delicious then we had burritos, with chicken, peppers red and green, and a chili con carne, and toms and salad leaves, really excellent, glad she took over I was only going to do spaghetti bol !!!
Sounds very delicious Neti .We had liver and bacon with spring cabbage .
I sliced the left over spuds from yesterday into the liver etc and shoved in it the oven .I get fed up with cooking . If it was left to me we would live on sarnies , soup and ding dinners .We do have dings when I can't be bothered but Mr S does like a proper cooked dinner .

just had some really soft pasta, nothing to get my teeth into but they arent' complaining. We went to Stowe for the day as they were runnign tours round the school buildings. Some are very grnd. The owners bankrupted themselves. There are hudnreds fo acres of landscaped gardes as well but I'm not that interested in plonking a Roman temple here and a statue there and lining up the paths to give glimpses of them, then putting in a lake with a classical bridge over it. Capability jno, not me.

No one taught hija to cook let alone me - she is learning and is getting the flavours right, but in the past we have eaten some grey gloop and had to be honest about it. Mr N is a good cook and she is adventurous, I think she looks a lot up on the internet., Like shaney I am sick and tired of deciding what to cook and actually cooking it. I think the family dreads the words spag bol, that is when I cba. We get very few ding dinners here, just lasagne and canelones, I will be very glad when they get introduced here.
Getting warmer here at nights now, am sweating gently atm, we still have the light duvet one as it gets chilly in the night.

I have now given up
eating liver forever, never liked it and only ate it because we couldn't be fussy, yuk, Mr N loves it. My English is getting like a foreigner's, I say things backwards as do the Spanish so that's my excuse, so sometimes there will be gaps in my posts where I have corrected it, sorry, I need a stiff mojito!!

My wrist is very sore and inflamed ...I'm going to try aloe vera gel on it shortly and go to the pharmacy tomorrow and see what they can recommend .

fed up fed up. I have lost my car keys. I know they must be in the house because the car was locked. I didn't use them on sunday or yesterday and they have gone walkabout. I have got as spare set but don't really want to just start using them as if i lose them I will be in deep do do. Big house turn out tomorrow :-(

Morning all...thank you! It's a sunny cloudy breezy one so far.
Had a lovely afternoon with my sis yesterday (she's working today) but we were close to fields much of the time and it's done my sore nose no favours, I woke in the early hrs all stuffed up, and then it hammered down with rain.
The best news is the swifts arrived over my house yesterday evening! woo, summer's here!
Look after that burn shaney, it sounds really nasty...ding dinners for a few days. :)
