How Much Does It Really Cost ???

I enjoy my games of golf, and until recently one or other of the golf magazines
till the price became exorbitant.When you consider that practically over half of the mag.consists of adverts,the income from these must more than cover the printing and material costs and the price of the mag should be nearer 50p than £5.Can anyone give a reasonably accurate assessment,or am I way off beam ????Thanks.

£5 is far too expensive. Better to set it at a more affordable.......................................................

Im in agreement, i use to buy sea angler magazine, and it was about the same price and half the magazine was adverts or articles on the writers fishing in places like antigua or norway, way out of reach of most anglers, im guessing your golfing magazines are the same.

As to the cost, who knows.... ?

No wonder people stand there in Smiths and read the mags, then put them back on the shelf.

Have you checked if your local library stocks the ones you like?
