What does your dog sleep on/in?
Does it have a basket of some description? What sort of bedding in it??
Does it sleep in a crate, if so what bedding is inside? Does it have a cover for winter?

They have blankets that are replaced when they have been destroyed! As they do not get on with third dog they are out of the kennel from 12 to 6 for their swim and play. Land totally fenced. No.3 has his run from 7 to noon and then from 6 to 9. He sleeps by the front door and arranges his mats as he likes them. When grandkids and mum are here no.4 sleeps with them and on their mums bed at their home. My two cats are on my bed till about 6am and then disappear all day. My daughters cats sleep wherever , usually with the kids
All of the above! Three sleep in bed with me - recently invested in a set of 'pet steps' as one will get off the bed during the night then woof at me to lift her back up - steps are a godsend! Various plastic or furry dog beds around the house, vet bed on most surfaces and pup sleeps in a puppy pen in a banana box with vetbed in it till he has learned not to chew the box. If I ever tear myself away from the desk the armchair suddenly becomes the focus of attention with three or four little bodies crammed in and on top of me.
My Jack Russell will fall asleep on the bed while I read. The moment I turn the light out, he's under the quilt and curled up by my feet. I did try and stop him doing this, but he was 4 yo when I got him, and the habit was well and truly imbedded. He has a blanket on the settee during the day, but he spends most of his time under that, too. Think he might have been a mole in his previous existence :-)
Thanks for all your answers.
Interesting how many dogs sleep on or in their owners beds.
Ours sleeps in a crate with the door shut and has done since we got him as a pup. It’s proved invaluable as we take it anywhere we go for an overnight stay and he settles in it immediately. He always has ‘Ted’ with him in it, a dog teddy that used to have a heat thing and a beating heart in it as a comfort for him in his first days with us. The heat thing and heart are long gone but Ted is his best friend ;)
