I doubt if it's milk. It might be an infection. Best to get it checked out.

either that or he's a she,has femail bits that look like mens bits and had puppies without you knowing,if thats improbable then as jade said,you'd better fly,not crawl,walk run or drive, FLY and get him to the vets ASAP! good luck with that!
