As were in the depths of the country, and surrounded by woodland,we have many pheasants. At the moment two males are disputing rights to about twelve females. They are fine until they meet, then all hell breaks loose. The ladies just get on with eating, and ignore the boys dispute.Last year we had "white"male, not albino as he had some colour, but the non white feathers were gold and brown(not a Golden Pheasant)
Not the biggest thing in our garden,we sometimes (mainly at twilight) see a family of wild boar, they are actually quite timid, and scatter back to the woods if you surprise them.
