Hello everybody Had a busy day today. Had to nip to work to take a prezzy to a friend. Then went to see another friend out at Breaston, then my driving specs broke so it was down to town to get them repaired. They actually gave me complete new frame at no cost as I hadn't had them for 12 months. Lucky or what! Then after that I went to see my niece in Chellaston to tell her all about my holiday and I've just got in. I had a late lunch in town so I'm not cooking today.
Have you been on the Becks Vinny sound like it!
I don't like people calling me babe either Robinia as well as hun! What's it all about anyway?

I watched that disturbing progamme about the "Children of god"last night.I n the early seventies,I was hitching from london to maidstone(hop-picking)when they gave me a lift in this old wagon,and invited me to stay the night(think it was sevenoaks?)They said I could have a hot bath,food and take my pick of the woman there.Which I thought a bit strange for a religious outfit and declined there offer.What a shock to have seen what they were up to last night,how can people be brainwashed so easily?...(:-)

Hi all - just popping in before I pack up and leave. Saw jno's bit about Ibiza, actuallyy it's noy really as bad as it sounds, although have to admit that San An is a dreadful place to be. There are lots of drugs but believe it or not, there are in Eastbourne too!!! Will have to be careful about taking my Kalms through customs, was going to empty them into a polythene bag as the packaging is so bulky but am having second thoughts now!!!! Imagine the headline "Biddy of Biddybank Fame arrested as Ibiza's No.1 drug pusher" ha ha Well next time I write I1ll hopefully be esconced in jmy ickle villa once again. TTFN xxx

I wonder how big an umbrella I can take without causing riots. It will be bad enough beng a biddy... apparently Saga were selling half-price tickets until the Stones ended the deal, feeling they didn't want an entire audience on zither frames. Sir Mick Jagger wouldn't dream of looking at a woman over 20 of course.

Been to my Tai Chi class. Me and my friend (not my rocking pal) are improving. They are having 2 weeks break now for Summer so have to keep practising. I bought a dvd but not having a dvd player I have to see if I can look at it on my computer.
Then I went over to Melbourne to a shop called Bare Necessities for a bra I had ordered. It's a brilliant little shop.A bit on the pricey side but they have very pretty things in there. I'll see if they have a web site - no apparently not. Going to a quiz tonight, may be fun and then again may be not. Enjoyed it last time I went though.
Must get the grass cut do you think it's going to rain this afto Robinia?

afternoon Jude - I'd just stand on one leg, point at a cobweb & watch a good film if I were you....not sure about the weather, evening they said for the rain....oops sorry jno we'll try to keep it over here tonight.... & I don't buy expensive underwear, don't get my money's worth! actually the bra I'm wearing is older than I care to remember - it's an M&S's, bought before I boycotted them.
