Its always harder the second time Shaney...and 70% success is still pretty good when you consider that even the most successful ops are probably only 90% successful. Will keep on praying, I daresay he has heard stranger prayers than that one.

Morning All. I'm sorry Mr S isn't home yet Shaney and that I misunderstood what was happening. I am thinking about you and hope he is home very soon and getting sorted out.
I love jugsaws but don't do any now but have saved that site with them on and will have a look later. When I had my eldest son I used to do them all the time as I found it very relaxing. The bigger the better. The butterfly puzzle took my sister 26.55m to do.
I'm off to Tai chi and lunch as usual today. it's lovely outside and feels really springlike thank gooodness. Hope it's good where you all are.

Well I had the bloomin police ding donging on my bell at 2am...yes 2am! Can you imagine how I felt looking out of my bedroom to see their car on the front? Turned out they were looking for a female & a male I'd never heard of.
Couldn't get to sleep until long after that, it was getting light & the birds were singing. :o( All I needed feeling the way I do at the moment.

Hello Biddies. I have just had the most rotten night's sleep ever. Don't know why, I had plenty of exercise yesterday and plenty of fresh air and felt very relaxed and happy because of the land sale and fell straight to sleep for about 1/2 hr!! I am off for a walk to see if the sunshine helps. I feel like I have a hangover. Poor Mr LL got disturbed all night as well.

So sorry Shaney about Mr SS. A bit of a blow, but as Woof says 70% is a very good chance for complete success. Keep optimistic. I am adding my 'prayers' to those of the other biddies.

Did you think the police had found you out at last Robinia. You should really stop growing those strange plants in your greenhouse!! Hope you are bearing up OK. xxx

It was like summer here today. I have actually caught the sun whilst out on my walk with Megs today. We were out for 1.5hrs and it was actually very warm.

Am now preparing dinner which I am not very enthusiastic about!! A beef casserole - not very inspiring!!

I'm about to start my fasting just going to have a big feed up then a drink or 2 then just sips of water after 7.00 for 12 hours uggh!!

Please Jude don't misunderstand....as I said to Neti, I couldn't tolerate dentures and have an unstable jaw joint which needs back teeth to keep it stable and prevent pain and further damage. Most folk don't get the oral thrush, that's just me being difficult. I would (will) happily do it all agin (if we can afford it lol) for me it's a really good probably permanent solution.

Just called in to say goodnight and report that I have just completed the puzzle called The Samburu Lion in 2 hours 51 minutes. I did the 247 triangular pieces. What a lovely feeling putting that last piece in.
Well - it did take my mind off bl**dy food.

will be thinking especially about Jude and the Shaneys today. We are going out to dinner tonight with friends we haven't seen in ages, it will be the first time I have been to a restaurant for dinner in years...not a conscious decision it just happened that way

Absolutely beautiful morning. I shall walk Megs for an hour or so before deciding what else I can do outside. I love being outside and this winter really got to me.

Morning all, bright and still chilly but promises to be a warm afternoon. These mornings are horrible, I'm wandering round in a complete fog :o(

Bloomin teeth are a nuisance but hang on woofy , it won't be long before you've a smile like the osmonds.

Ah, blue shoes neti, that takes me back...no, not to the 60s, to the 80s. I was at a regular 'disco' (that word sounds funny now) with some friends & a stunningly handsome guy came and asked to dance with me. I can see him now, tall & dark, white shirt & jeans...and blue leather shoes! ... all very expensive. Unfortunately after one dance I had to break it to him that the guy on stage behind the turntables was my husband & he politely retreated. Now it's the little old men in blue slippers who are wandering down to the paper shop who chat me up ...Hey ho. :o(
