Have any of you ladies had this done ?
I was in town this morning and there was a stand in the shopping centre and they were doing eyebrow threading for a fiver .I dithered :)
Does it hurt ? My eyebrows are nowhere near as thick and dark as they used to be these days but I was wondering if it might make them "look" neater and thicker.

I'm shrieking with laughter .....I'm losing the plot today big time .
I think I'll open the fridge door and waft it back and forth a bit ...whilst looking for the ice cubes to put in my large drink :)
I already spent a while looking in the freezers in Iceland earlier and only bought a cheesecake ..lol...
Pot plant?as in weed? I don't personally but can soon sell it??
I wonder if jno wants to show us her details...oops...anything...on Fortnums site? :)
...or even Primark, times is desperate!!!
yes but I think jno likes to refer to it as Primarni.

I've had to come inside, my battery went flat and I think shaney's chimps tea party is headed this way, it's looking dodgy over yonder.

I've reviewed their awful shirt ..haha.And the vodka and bitter lemon slipped down nicely .I feel much calmer now ....but my credit card seems to have taken an awful hammering .
I'm sure I never ordered any pink knickers with lacy trim and ten bras for big bazooms ...lol.
I don't think I've reviewed anything, I'm too worried if I say anything bad they'll put itching powder in my next order.

Neighbours have gone out so I'm having a loud 70s session on youtube... I'd love a babycham :)

I've only put a few reviews on Marks since I starting shopping on line with them Robinia .You can look me up ..I'm Mickey .I don't usually bother with reviews but they email and ask sometimes so if I'm really happy with something I don't mind but this shirt was absolutely awful and I was really disappointed with it .
I sometimes review my Amazon purchases ,depends really what I've bought .
Here ..have a litle drinkie :)

I still have four original Babycham glasses with the logo and the Babycham deer which belonged to my Mum :)
-pink knickers with lacy trim- is not what I ordered!!!
looks shifty and shuffles feet[i

lol @'Mickey'...you're very polite, I'd have been more concise, 'Crip' would have covered it, haha

[i]slurp] :)
well obviously my account at Primarché is under an assumed name, I've set it up so the clothes come to me but the bills go to the Balearics. It's been dull to sunny here but when I picked up a copy of the Standard in town there was a photo of people being torrentialled on this morning. Must have been very local as it did not reach my northern outpost.
Hello jno, feel free to send any amount of bills to the Balearics, they may find sqad, they defo won't find my house, 1 letter in 4 weeks is all we have had... tut !!

My gum is throbbing today, so painful, strange!
Evening all.I can see blue sky at the back but dull at the frontso maybe we'rein for a drop ofrain. I've left that sentence just as it was typed. My space bar is 'crip' I'll haveto have another go at cleaning it again.

Thanks Robi. That blouse is really nice except I don't want a collar. I didn't think to go into BHS or 'Primarchè' I will look on the web sites in a bit and have a look.

Neti keep taking something for the pain. I would take Paracaetamol every 4 hours even if it went after the first 2. I do that for a day or 2 if it was really bad. It's called pain management, so I was told, when I was in hospital with my wrist.

I've been known to go round the house looking for my specs and they're on my head!!

I have 69 more rows to do on my sock then cast off. So oight oight everyone. See yer tomorrow.

P>S> The Footie season starts on Sunday and Derby v Blackburn are on Sky. So if you watch (which I doubt) look out for me!! :)
Jude you are absolutely right about pain management. It takes less drug and it works better if you keep the level high in your bloodstream rather than letting the level drop to where you feel pain again. I used to spend hours explaining this to my patients...bless them they were the tough old biddies then and me a slip of a girl.....
have been having a snigger at Shaney's faux pas (sorry Shaney) but actually i am never sure if others can see my details in those circs, If I am posting a link to Amazon, I always log out first, so you aren't the only one.
Anyway i am still feeling very spoilt, I had gold studs shaped like starfish from Sis who is visiting, and a beautiful arrangement in a cream china vase and fizz from my other sis and fizz and a mug with 60 on it from my friend down the road and her sons, the younger one is DH's godson so I have inherited him. His birthday is a little before mine, I always give cash as I have no idea what he would like, he texted me he had put it towards a decent bottle of whisky, he is a smart boy!!
Today we went to the beach for lunch and pottered around the house, it was cooler than yesterday but still too sticky to do much.
Anyway time for sleep, oight oight all.
yes, keep taking the pills, neti, and you can alternate paracetamol and ibuprofen.... I've heard you can get quite big ibuprofens in the Balearics?

That said, if it really does get painful and refuses to go away, try the dentist again, once in a while you can get the dreaded dry socket.
so much for oight oight, We have just had a huge storm, dogs went into panic mode but actually weren't too bad and are now settling. I just checked the met office and they have NOW changed the forecast to reflect the fact that we have had a storm....isn't that cheating??

Going to look for Shaney's marks reviews...
that just wafted over us, woofgang, heavy but didn't last long. You might still see it here

Morning all
Bit fresher here this a.m. I think we may have had some rain very early hours .
Just put my washing out and having a cuppa with Ibruprofen on toast and waiting for my face to even itself out a bit before we go to the market .
Hope you are all Ok ...pip pip for now .
Morning all..not the best night's sleep. Nothing says 'oh look at us, we're leaving the house empty' better than banging about, loading up the car at 3am ...tut.

bright n breezy here so some ponching and mangling will be done done shortly. Woofy the met office are crip, they changed their forecast every single hour the other day.

Lol shaney, I made a huge mistake and looked downwards into a mirror earlier...aaaggghh!
good morning all, got to sleep at 1, and woken again at 5 for thunderstorm part two.....I don't think today will be very dynamic somehow......
