Eyebrow threading

Have any of you ladies had this done ?
I was in town this morning and there was a stand in the shopping centre and they were doing eyebrow threading for a fiver .I dithered :)
Does it hurt ? My eyebrows are nowhere near as thick and dark as they used to be these days but I was wondering if it might make them "look" neater and thicker.

I know, 10 degrees cooler tomorrow :( I'm slamming all the Windows shut, saving every degree of heat, fleeces and socks are on standby. There's been a few lethargic bees around, maybe they feel the change coming.

So hot here, I hate it. Went to Bexhill on the bus, lovely town, then a sea fog crept in, so got bus Home. Sunny and hot here again.

oh by the way, I was watering the garden and backed into a wasp. This is not a Good Thing.

It was 30C in the back garden and I sat there until the last knockings ,when I had to cover up the tete and come in ...sob.
Never mind Neti ..it'll be piddling down tomorrow .We need some rain through and you'll be able to splash along in your wellies .
We get a lot of sea frets when it's very hot .You can walk out of it a bit inland back into the sunshine .
Wasps seem to be in short supply here Woofy . I've not seen any this year. I hope it didn't sting you .

Yes Shaney it did sting, not the actual buttock which was covered but just below it. I haven't seen loads this year but they are at that sleepy time of year when they are most likely to have a go. Anyway i got my watering done which means its now bound to rain lol.

good morning all. Its grey and drizzley here but cool for a nice change. Going to get a haircut this morning because my hair has done a strange growth spurt thing and I look like Wurzel Gummage.

Morning each...well the rains came, in large amounts. Very dark & I slept til 8 but I really need the rest and the garden needs the soaking.

Oh dear woofy, hope it wasn't too sore, must have been the day for buzzy things. I dread getting stung, I've had one bee and one wasp and apparently it's the following ones that could be the problem if you turn out to be allergic.

Never mind Jude, at least it's raining on a change of scenery, have a good time.

oh so that's where the rain went that was going to save my garden. I was supposed to get heavy rain all day and all I've got is occasional light drizzle. Darn it, if you're going to rain, rain.

Cooler but dry and sunny on and off atm ! We've had no rain here as yet but I expect it'll drift over this way later .

Gosh it is actually chilly here, what a change, and pouring down.

There's been a murder locally at Cuckmere valley, a 17yr old girl arrested.

We had some rain overnight. The dogs enjoyed themselves running around in the garden in the night then looked out the garden door when we got up for walkies and went back to bed, I kid you not. I am loving my new hairdresser, she really listens to what I want and manages to understand me. She's done this thing over my ears where she has thinned the hair and made it look like my face has more shape than it does....very clever.
considering how much time I spend outside, I very rarely get stung, its just annoying when it does happen.

a fine thing when they're arresting biddies for murder. All OAPs should be allowed two murders a year, no questions asked, considering all the tax they've paid over the years.
