Right ladies
The sun is out the sky is blue and it may very well hot up a bit a bit soon which means less slap. .This winter has taken it's toll on my skin and in spite of exfoliating ,cleansing and whatnot it looks dingy to me .
I don't expect miracles at my age but just need something to brighten my skin a bit and make it look a bit fresher .Do any of you use face packs on a regular basis and if so what can you recommend .

Actually my aching shoulder & arm hurt more than the squishing...my knee's giving me hell too but luckily I didn't have to swing that up on the machine... even though I'd shaved my legs, tut. Fingers crossed for the results.
Better get ready with the Flit for when Jude gets back, it's flea market day in Chesterfield.

My late beloved Mum saw a sign saying "tabletop sale" once and asked me in all seriousness where folk got the legs from?
Email received Lottie.
I have just been and sworn that I am me so the will can go to probate....nearly there.
Still thinking of the Shaneys.

Oh dear Robi, not tripping over the things now are yhou, I always look on in horror as the boobies get longer and longer in that squashing machine. My turn in June (we do it every 2yrs here).
Have stronger painkillers now and pain seems to be easing (unless it's the panacea effect!) I felt a bit sick and dizzy at first but that may have been cos I had two coffees today! Rushing round doing loads of hija's laundry and a lot of it by hand! Resting now before I make spanish macarronis. Do you realise that I haven't cooked a meal since Friday!!

You lot must be psychic ...I've just been downalong and got some broccoli and bananas and as I passed the drinks ..I thought ...oooh and it magically jumped off the shelf and into my basket .Fancy that .
But I've hidden it because Picky child will be along shortly for his dinner and to go and see Mr.S .
He's had the op but has to stay in overnight .Wait and see game now .To pee or not to pee that is the question .
Oh dear Robinia ..not the old pancake maker :)It's a wonder mine aren't down to me knees they way they stretch 'em .I need more and more upholstery these days !
It's a right hows yer father up there Lofty . One resignation so far .The Gp's who complained should have had the backbone to put their names to the letter and send it our MP not that silly Suffolk woman .
I feel sorry for the frontline staff who are now really demoralised .
Fur coat ? I should be so lucky .Four week wait .
How very vexing ......said in best Maggie Smith tones :)

Hi all. First I'm chuffed Mr S as had the op and hope he's 'peeing' oops feeling better soon. Shaney you have a good sleep tonight.
Well we didn't end up in Chesterfield that's for another day. The bus was very late in and a Bakewell bus was just about to take off so we hopped on that. Went the long way round through lots of villages and it was a lovely ride seeing loads of places I hadn't been to in a long time. We had good meal in a pub in Bakwell and a look around then got the Fast Trans Peak back.
On the arriva bus I was informed my card would have to be replaced within a week or they would charge me as it was split and wouldn't scan on their fancy scanner. So when I got back to Derby I went into the council place and it cost me a fiver for a new one which I will get in a couple of weeks. So just let them try and charge me if I don't get it then.
Email read thanks Lottie. Nearly made the name mistake again....
Those big - buzzzooomers are they for real. I don't believe it (said in a Victor Meldrew voice)
I think I have one more mammo - whatsit left to be sent for and after that it's up to me to ask for one when I want. Say in another 3 years.
Hope the result is normal Robi...the waiting is always the worst bit.
Right I'm off na fer summat t'eat!
